Instructions
You will need the Hupping NPC, from Manta's Prize Room, that is located in the Event Center.
(It costs 20EP.)
Next you will need to go Southeast of the warp, and go until you find a cave, and a well with a golden top.
Use the Hupping NPC infront of the well, and you will be warped into a room,
where you have to defeat a baddie that has 40HP.
(He only uses magic.)
