Instructions
First you must get 100 AP. Type “showap” to see how much AP you have.
Your AP goes down when you kill other players, but rises slowly while logged on. When you have 100 AP, go to Neotown, head West till you see a bridge, cross it and go North.
Continue following the path till you get to a hill.
Go left on that path and then North when you get an option to go North.
There will be a guy standing in the front of the house. Talk to him then head to Towncenter.
You will need to touch the ring below to get the Dark Ring.
