Instructions
Find a house by the mining shack that has 4 waterfalls falling from the side of it. It should be at the very top of the river. Go under one of the four waterfalls and you will be stopped in your path by a guardian.
Use your Dive skill you learned from the Dojo to dive underneath the walls beside the guardian.
Talk to the Fish dude and buy the broken ring off of him for 150g.
Go to Conner and find the Blacksmith shop and he will fix the ring for a price.
You will need 1000g + 1 black ruby. You can get the black ruby from the man on the left by giving him 100 coal + 1 ruby + 1000g.
These things require a very high mining XP to attain.
Give everything to the man on the right and he will give you the Warp Ring which allows you to warp to your guilds guildhouse.
