A PK event where a player enters the arena every 15 seconds

Description	This is a free-for-all PK event. When the event starts, two players will be warped into the arena and will fight. Every fifteen seconds, another player will be added until everyone is in the arena. However, the players that are added later will have less HP than the players who were added first. The last player standing wins.
