Hat Effects

46 (Black gangster and any other form of gangster hats) - Spawns a gun for you to temporarily use on players which will minorly damage them, or make them blink depending PK Zones

556 (Egyptian circlet) - Pushes player for a small distance.

366 (Indian feathers) - Makes a small 3 seconds of rain

2013 (Skyrim helmet) - Shoots an arrow which will hit players in the knee (just kidding it just *Hurts them and says I got an arrow in the knee)

110 (Orange / Black mining caps) - Mining mania will make people mine faster for about +- 1-2 minutes

1851 (Kyle from southpark's hat) - Lumber lunacy will make people lumber faster for about +- 1-2 minutes

99 (Fishing hat) - Fishing frenzy will make people fish faster and easier for players for +- 1-2 minutes

6012 (Blue goggles) - Will spawn an Icy breath kind of effect which temporarily freezes players

337 (Big Penguin hat) - Its called penguin talk but actually takes chat text from a random player currently talking and shows it as yours

50250 (White glowing wings) - Will activate star rain and will fill players AP upto 99 if they stand on the spot the star lands when it falls from the sky

22214 (Boo! Mario hat) Will make a player temporarily invisible (Doesnt count for footsteps and sounds as Stealth does)

173 (Snatch Steal) Will allow players to steal Hearts, Arrows, Bombs and Mana from other players by pressing A while they're in snatch mode

24125 (Dragon mask) Unsure if still works, but sprays fire in length creating a wall of fire infront of you

41310 (Majoras mask) Will freeze a player and have a moon pull cutscene initiate that will freeze both the user and the person used on for about 1 minute afterwards killing the player.

3862 (Rainbow jellyfish) Will activate an effect that hurts players around the player with sparks of electricity

302 (Poison gasmask) Basically same effect as the dragon mask as written above (24125)

9203 (Hamburger hat) Drops healing hamburgers

552 (Beehive hat) Shoots a circle of bees at a player that will hurt them at their every movement (Every available time) for 0.5 hearts

820113 (Kyles Orange Fro hat) Drops Kentucky Fried Chicken, same effect as the healing hamburgers

345732 (Glowing red halo) Spawns a Dead Zone circle, that will bring players down to 3 hearts, and lower their AP (Broken, it makes 100 AP hitable, but no longer allows you to kill them without losing hearts).
